- All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another person, even with a fee.
- Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used.
- Rides & Attractions may close without notice due to weather or maintenance.
- All tickets are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.
In consideration for being permitted to use the Water Park of New England ('Water Park'), you WAIVE AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the Water park or Its affiliated entitles, Its owners, managers, operators, employees, agents, or vendors (collectively 'Water Park Parties') for the NEGLIGENCE of any person or entity, however caused, Including but not limited to the NEGLIGENCE of the Water Park parties, whether passive or active
(Including FUTURE NEGLIGENCE) or for any Injury or loss arising out of your use of the Water park. Using the Water Park can be dangerous and Involve the risk of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH and or property damage. You agree to fully ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY associated with using the Water Park. You are to DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS AND IDENTIFY the Water Park Parties for any claims or demands made against the Water Park parties to the extent they arise directly or Indirectly from your, or your guest's, use of the Water Park, Including without limitation all attorney's fees and expenses Incurred by The Water Park parties. If you bought a pass/ticket on behalf of a minor child, you agree that on behalf of the minor child, that the terms of this Agreement APPLY TO THE MINOR CHILD the same as they apply to you. It Is agreed that If any portion of this agreement Is found Invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
