  Book your birthday party at Water Park of New England! No refunds are given for any weather-related closures, party date will be moved to future time.

  PLEASE READ

  All birthday packages include 10 people (All Ages 3 & Over) Birthday child and 2 and under are Free, they do not need to be counted in your package. Anyone over the 10 people that is included in your package needs to be accounted for. This means even if you have chaperones/non-swimmers and you are over your 10 included in the package they need to have a ticket to be able to enter the Waterpark. Purchasers/Parents of the Birthday Child also need to be accounted for and can be included in your package or tickets can be purchased on the day of your party. If anyone is not accounted for, they are not able to enter the Waterpark. Additional guests will need to purchase tickets or can be purchased by parents of the birthday child and can receive their tickets at the front desk on the day of your party after purchase. Additional Guests can be known as Swimmers, Non-Swimmers (Parents/Chaperones) and Children. (Anyone over the 10 included in your package) Depending on the season, date & availability rates of additional guests may be subject to change.

  Note: Select your start time. The Cabana Birthday Party Package is good for a full day, you have Cabana from Water Park opening to Water Park close, Pizzas and Sodas are served within two hours time slot. Small Group Birthday Party Package lasts 2 hours in Party room but you have an access to water park from Water Park opening to Water Park close.

  If you would like to add extra swimmers and/or extra non-swimmers to your order, please do so on-site at the ticket window.

  Choose one of these 2 options:

  1. Cabana Birthday Party

  • All Ages
  • 10 People (ALL AGES)
  • Cabana is inside Water Park of New England and you can access Cabana from Water Park opening to Water Park close
  • 2-hour party captain to assist with meal and cake
  • 3 Large cheese pizzas
  • Assorted soda/water during the 2 hours in the private Cabana
  • Water Park of New England Signature Item for the birthday child
  • Paper goods (includes paper plates, napkins, cups, utensils)
  • Birthday Cake NOT INCLUDED
  • Adding extra guests on day of party ticket will be Window price
  • No Balloons Allowed

   

  2. Small Group Birthday Party Package:

  • 10 People (ALL AGES)
  • Access to the Water Park of New England
  • 2 hours in a designated Private Party room (outside of the water park)
  • 2-hour party captain to assist with meal and cake
  • 3 Large cheese pizzas
  • Assorted soda/water during the 2 hours in the private party room
  • Signature Water Park of New England Signature Item for the birthday child
  • Paper goods (includes paper plates, napkins, cups, utensils)
  • Birthday Cake NOT INCLUDED
  • Adding extra guests on day of party ticket will be Window price

  Patrons Waiver and Indemnification Agreement

  In consideration for being permitted to use the Water Park of New England (“Water Park”), you WAIVE AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the Water park or its affiliated entities, its owners, managers, operators, employees, agents, or vendors (collectively “Water Park Parties”) for the NEGLIGENCE of any person or entity, however caused, including but not limited to the NEGLIGENCE of the Water Park parties, whether passive or active (including FUTURE NEGLIGENCE) or for any injury or loss arising out of your use of the Water park. Using the Water Park can be dangerous and involve the risk of SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH and/or property damage. You agree to fully ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY associated with using the Water Park. You agree to DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS AND IDEMNIFY the Water Park Parties for any claims or demands made against the Water Park parties to the extent they arise directly or indirectly from your, or your guest’s, use of the Water Park, including without limitation all attorney’s fees and expenses incurred by The Water Park parties. If you bought a pass/ticket on behalf of a minor child, you agree that on behalf of the minor child, that the terms of this Agreement APPLY TO THE MINOR CHILD the same as they apply to you. It is agreed that if any portion of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
